Jan 19: GCHERA 8th World Conference Universities' Global Challenge: nutritional security and environmental sustainability for human health  will be held from 25 to 26 June 2015 at Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences, Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, Lebanon.  See the conference themes and the call for abstracts for presentations at the conference. Jan 5: ICA Rectors and Deans Forum 2015 October 22 and 23 2015, Educating the Young Professionals to Feed the Planet and Provide a Sustainable Energy Supply, to be held in Milan in association with the EXPO2015.  The ICA General Assembly will be held on 21 October.  Put the date in your diary! programme details to follow.

Nov 4 ICA Rectors and Deans Forum 2014 was held on 23 and 24 October 2014, with the ICA General Assembly on 22 October, at Ghent University, Belgium. The Forum focused on challenges and policy implications of the new EU programming period 2014-20 for Life Science Universities.  See the programme and presentations
